Information you provide
The enquiry form on this website does not send information to a server. When you choose “Prepare enquiry email,” it asks your own email application to create a message containing the fields you completed. The email is not sent until you send it yourself. If you contact us by email at info@savrenzaplatform.com, the information in your message is processed by the email services involved for the purpose of reading and responding to your enquiry.
AI assistant and chat enquiries
The optional SAVRENZA AI assistant is an automated service, not a human operator. When the AI service is activated and you submit chat messages, the messages in the current chat session are transmitted securely through Cloudflare Pages to OpenAI to generate a response. The page keeps chat messages in browser memory during that session; this website version does not intentionally store chat transcripts in its own database. OpenAI and infrastructure providers may process data according to their terms and retention policies. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive personal data in the chat. If AI is not enabled, only limited locally defined FAQ answers may be displayed.
If you request further help, the chatbot prepares an email draft in your own email application. The message is not submitted automatically and no human is immediately available to take over. You must send the email yourself. Do not assume a particular response time.
Analytics and cookies
We have not added tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts to this version of the website. Website hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare when deployed there, may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs as part of service provision and abuse prevention.
Retention and your rights
Contact details in emails are retained only as reasonably needed for handling correspondence and any subsequent legitimate business discussion. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email info@savrenzaplatform.com. Applicable privacy rights depend on the jurisdiction and circumstances.
Children and sensitive data
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, medical records or other sensitive personal information through the contact workflow.
